Coach Partnership Framework

Coach Partnership Framework

The Global Women in Leadership Alliance™ brings together accomplished coaches, trainers, and leadership experts who are committed to supporting women leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals around the world.

Our Coach Partnership Framework is designed to create meaningful opportunities for experienced coaches to share their expertise, build visibility, and contribute to a global community focused on leadership development, collaboration, and growth.

Through structured programming, leadership roundtables, and thought leadership platforms, coaches become an integral part of the Alliance’s mission to empower women to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Becoming a Featured Coach

Featured coaches within the Global Women in Leadership Alliance™ are recognized as trusted professionals who bring valuable insights, coaching methodologies, and leadership expertise to our community.

Once your membership is confirmed, the following onboarding process will help you integrate smoothly into the Alliance and begin sharing your expertise with our members.

Step 1: Attend Your First Leadership Roundtable

New coaches are encouraged to attend an upcoming leadership roundtable to experience the structure of our sessions and engage with the community.

These sessions provide an opportunity to:

• Meet members of the Alliance
• Observe the format of our leadership discussions
• Begin building relationships with women leaders across industries

Following your initial participation, you will be recognized as a featured coach within the Alliance.

Step 2: Select Your Speaking or Coaching Topic

Coaches are invited to lead structured coaching sessions as part of our leadership development programming.

You may either:

• Propose your own leadership or coaching topic, or
• Select from our curated list of 33 leadership and professional development topics

These sessions are designed to deliver practical insights that support women leaders in areas such as leadership growth, career transitions, strategic decision-making, and entrepreneurial development.

Step 3: Thought Leadership Contributions

The Alliance encourages coaches to share their expertise through thought leadership content that benefits the broader community.

Coaches are welcome to contribute to:

• Leadership blog articles
• Features in the Global Women in Leadership Magazine
• Leadership insights and coaching frameworks
• Professional development resources

These contributions help amplify your expertise while providing valuable guidance to our global community of women leaders.

Step 4: Public Introduction to the Community

Once your onboarding process is completed, the Alliance will introduce you to the broader community through a LinkedIn announcement and community communications.

This introduction highlights your expertise and formally welcomes you as a coach within the Global Women in Leadership Alliance™ network.

Step 5: Event Promotion

To support the visibility of your coaching sessions, the Alliance will create promotional materials for your event, including:

• A featured event listing on the Alliance website
• A LinkedIn event page to promote your session
• Promotion within the Alliance community

Our goal is to ensure your expertise reaches a wide audience of women leaders who are committed to professional growth.

Step 6: Speaking and Coaching Opportunities

Featured coaches are invited to deliver two to three speaking or coaching sessions within a twelve-month period.

These sessions allow coaches to:

• Share their expertise with a global leadership audience
• Facilitate meaningful discussions
• Provide practical coaching insights that support leadership development

Step 7: Leadership Roundtable Facilitation

During certain leadership roundtables, participants are divided into smaller breakout groups to encourage deeper conversation and peer learning.

As a coach within the Alliance, you may be invited to facilitate one of these breakout discussions, guiding members through leadership conversations and sharing your insights.

This leadership role allows coaches to:

• Demonstrate facilitation and leadership skills
• Build stronger relationships with members
• Position themselves as trusted advisors within the community

Step 8: Coach Spotlight Recognition

Featured coaches may be highlighted through a Coach Spotlight across the Alliance’s platforms.

This recognition may include:

• Featured visibility on the Alliance website
• LinkedIn spotlight posts
• Recognition in community communications

The Coach Spotlight introduces your work to our growing global audience and strengthens your visibility as a leadership expert.

Step 9: Preferred Coach Referral Opportunities

As an active participant in the Alliance, coaches may also benefit from referral opportunities within the community.

Members often seek guidance in areas such as:

• Leadership development
• Executive coaching
• Career transitions
• Business growth and entrepreneurship

While referrals are not guaranteed, coaches who actively contribute, engage with members, and participate in community programming often become trusted resources within the Alliance network.
